Best Colleague Selection Marking 76 Years of Copper Mill Sevojno

To mark the 76th anniversary of Copper Mill Sevojno, a “Best Colleague” initiative is being organized with the aim of recognizing and rewarding employees who contribute to team spirit, stronger interpersonal relationships, and a positive working atmosphere within their organizational units.

Employees nominated for the recognition should stand out through the following qualities:

• they provide support and motivation, encourage others during challenging moments, and celebrate the success of their colleagues;
• they are loyal and supportive, always ready to help and contribute to team spirit;
• they are warm and good-humored, bringing positive energy and creating a pleasant work environment;
• they are conscientious and honest, approach their responsibilities responsibly, and contribute to more efficient and effective teamwork.

Voting is organized within organizational units and can be carried out in two ways:

• by writing the first and last name of the chosen colleague, along with the voter’s ID number, on ballots placed next to the voting boxes;
• or electronically, by scanning the QR code that leads directly to the voting link – LINK

The voting deadline is May 15.
