CORPORATE STRUCTURE AND GOVERNANCE

Copper Mill Sevojno operates within a transparent organizational model, clear leadership, and defined decision-making framework.

ORGANIZATION

The company comprises various departments and teams, structured hierarchically to ensure efficient operations.

Copper Mill Sevojno is the founder of the limited liability company Valjaonica Bezbednost doo, which specializes in property and personnel protection, installation of technical security systems, and other supplementary activities related to safety, fire prevention, and maintenance of security equipment, including video surveillance.

Additionally, the company includes specialized units offering services to third parties:

1. FEMOD (Factory of Electromechanical Equipment and Parts): Engaged in the production and repair of electromechanical equipment and parts, primarily for metallurgy machinery, oil processing, chemical industries, hydro and thermal power plants, smelting, and foundry facilities. FEMOD manufactures various types of coolers, heat exchangers, induction coils, high-finned tubes, and tools for metallurgical applications.

2. AMBALAŽA (Packaging factory): Produces wooden and cardboard packaging units for the parent company and for third parties. It also performs phytosanitary heat treatment of the finished wooden packaging in compliance with global market requirements.

3. STANDARD: Provides meal services to Copper Mill Sevojno employees and to third parties, along with other catering services.

 

OWNERSHIP STRUCTURE

The factory was privatized in 2004, with East Point Metals Ltd. becoming the majority owner. After privatization, a significant investment cycle has been implemented, thus enhancing the factory’s production and technological capabilities and elevating the product quality to a higher level. Nowadays, East Point Metals Ltd. holds 100% ownership of the company.

TOP MANAGEMENT

Doing business in a demanding market with substantial production volumes requires robust organization and dedicated personnel.
In order to ensure seamless operation, the top management consists of highly educated individuals.

Dragan Subotić

Managing Director (CEO)

Dragan Subotić began his professional career at Copper Mill Sevojno, where he has spent most of his work life. He has held all positions in the company, from an intern to CEO on two occasions. His first term in the capacity of CEO was from 1995 to 2012 (17 years). He has been reappointed CEO of Copper Mill Sevojno on October 11, 2021.
He successfully led the company’s transformation from a socially-owned business entity to a modern shareholding company. While many major companies disappeared or faced serious problems during the transition period, Copper Mill Sevojno—with over a thousand permanent employees—remained and continues to be a socially responsible company, important to the broader community.
Dragan Subotić graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Business in Belgrade. He is a father of two.

Stanimir Stanković

Production Director

Stanimir Stanković has over 20 years of experience at Copper Mill Sevojno. He began his career as a process engineer, contributing to the development of technologies for various products. Since 2012, he held the position of Head of Extrusion Plant, where he implemented development projects involving both new and existing equipment, significantly improving the operations of Extrusion Plant and the entire production process in general.
He has been actively involved in defining the organizational and technical capabilities of plant operations. Since October 2016, he has served as Executive Director in charge for the production.
He graduated from the Faculty of Technology and Metallurgy in Belgrade.

Nenad Stanisavljević

Procurement Director

Nenad Stanisavljević has 15 years of experience at Copper Mill Sevojno, during which he has held key positions in the procurement department. He has focused on improving metal and secondary raw material procurement, as well as procurement in general, by building reliable and high-quality supply channels in both foreign and domestic markets.
He has served as Procurement Director as of 2020. Nenad Stanisavljević holds a degree in Business Economics from the Faculty of Economics and Business in Belgrade. He is married, a father of three.

Milomir Cvijović

Director of Technical Support to Production

Milomir Cvijović has 15 years of experience at Copper Mill Sevojno, during which he has held key roles in electrical maintenance and project design. He has implemented numerous projects aimed at modernizing the production process.
Since 2013, he has served as Director of Technical Support to Production.
He graduated from the Faculty of Technical Sciences in Čačak, majoring in Electrical Power Engineering.

Biljana Trmčić

Sales Director

Biljana Trmčić has held several key roles, starting in technical departments where she gained a strong understanding of production processes, principles according to which the wages distribution is carried out, and the demands of the non-ferrous metals market. Through her dedicated work in the sales department, she advanced to the position of Chief Sales Manager for the domestic and ex-Yugoslav markets.
She became Head of Domestic Sales in 2002, and in 2006 she took over leading some foreign markets as well.
Since 2022, she has served as Sales Director, leading the sales team and developing growth and sustainability strategies. Her focus is on expanding market share, building long-term partnerships, maintaining and improving customer relationships, and broadening the customer network.
She graduated from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Economics and Business, majoring in Foreign Trade.

SUPERVISORY AND ADVISORY BODIES

The Supervisory Board is the governing body of Copper Mill Sevojno and consists of the following members:
