At Copper Mill Sevojno, the top management and all employees have set the quality of products, business processes, and the fulfillment of customer and stakeholder expectations as their primary goal. Business activities are conducted in a manner that ensures identification, preventive action, and minimization of environmental impact.<\/p>\n
The Quality Management System at Copper Mill Sevojno was established in 1997. Since then, we have been committed to its continuous improvement through:<\/p>\n
– Ongoing monitoring, measurement, and enhancement of all processes
– Enhancing resource capabilities
– Regular audits (both external and internal) and management reviews
– Implementing improvement measures and other actions to eliminate the root causes of non-conformities<\/p>\n
Since June 2021, Copper Mill Sevojno has implemented and certified an integrated management system in accordance with the requirements of SRPS ISO 9001:2015 and SRPS ISO 14001:2015 standards. The certification was carried out by SGS (Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 G\u00e9n\u00e9rale de Surveillance), a leading global company for verification, testing, and certification.<\/p>\n
In addition to the mentioned certificates, since 2010 Copper Mill Sevojno has held the NSF\/ANSI 61 certificate for CuZn15 tubes, issued by NSF International – a global organization for public health and safety.<\/p>\n
Our key priorities and business principles are expressed in the Quality Policy, the Environmetal Policy and the Occupational Health and Safety Policy. Employees at all levels and functions of Valjaonica bakra Sevojno are required to perform their activities in accordance with these policies.<\/p>\n
